History will be made when Tonga take on England at the home of St.Helens, kicking off the first-ever Test series between the two nations. Former Saints boss Kristian Woolf is the Tongan Head Coach and spoke to Saints TV about returning to the home of the Red V!
It’s just over twelve months since the Saints wished our three-time Super League winning coach well as he returned home to Australia following the Rugby League World Cup, but Woolf is back and is excited to be coming to a place he can call home.
Woolf has named a strong Tongan squad for what is expected to be a tough challenge against England.
The first match of the series kicks off on Sunday, 22nd October at 2:30pm at the Totally Wicked Stadium – with tickets available online at eticketing.co.uk/rugbyleague.
