On the 31st January, St Helens Head Coach Paul Wellens alongside S&C Coach Adam Daniels will be hosting a Coaching Masterclass here at The Totally Wicked Stadium.
As part of the masterclass, Paul Wellens will share an insight into his methodology when it comes to preparing for gameday alongside his coaching and playing philosophy, with Adam Daniels discussing performance preparation, including physical readiness and recovery strategies used to get optimal performance from the players.
Wellens and Daniels will be joined by the clubs’ Sports Scientist Ben Edwards who will go over his role within the team, and how he utilises the data that he collects to aid recovery and preparation.
The masterclass will touch on the preparation and journey on the iconic trip to Australia and how this helped to become World Champions.
