The Club would like to congratulate our St.Helens Academy players who are celebrating their Results Day!
Ellis Anderson, Owen Dagnall, Jake Davies, Daniel Frost and George Whitby have been juggling being a student alongside training and playing in our Under 18s ranks, and we are delighted to hear of their brilliant academic achievements.
Among the group of five, they have been awarded:
- 8 – A*s / Distinction*s
- 2 – As
- 3 – Bs
- 2 – Cs
Derek Traynor, Head of Academy Coaching shared the Club’s delight with the young Saints achievements and their results, telling saintsrlfc.com: “It is always an exciting day when our players who manage their education alongside their rugby get their results, and to see our lads doing so well is a huge credit to them and their efforts.
“We at Saints want young people to come through our doors and improve themselves not only as players, but people off the field too. We want to say a big well done to them, and wish them the best of luck with what comes next.”
