St.Helens Women's 2025 Betfred Super League fixtures have now been confirmed.
As was first revealed on the Saints Women’s social media channels earlier today, the 2024 Women’s League Leaders’ Shield holders will begin their 2025 league campaign at home, at the Totally Wicked Stadium, against fellow Cup finalists Leeds Rhinos on Saturday, 17th May at 2pm.
Derek Hardman & Craig Richards’ first away fixture of the Betfred Women’s Super League season, following their return to our team as Joint Head Coaches, will see them take the Red V Women to Laund Hill to face Huddersfield Giants on Sunday, 25th May.
Two more away days will follow, firstly Saints will go to the LNER Community Stadium to take on York Valkyrie in a Grand Final rematch on Sunday, 1st June, and then a big trip up to Cumbria to take on Barrow Raiders on Saturday, 14th June.
Our second home league game of the year sees one of our local neighbours, Warrington Wolves, come to our ground on Saturday, 21st June for Round 5. The Wolves will host Saints at Victoria Park in Round 9 on Sunday, 27th July.
The first of two Derby clashes against Wigan Warriors in the 2025 BWSL takes place at Robin Park Arena on Sunday, 29th June. The reverse fixture, our home game, will be played at the Totally Wicked Stadium in our final regular Women’s home league match of the year, and it will serve as the opening act of Derby Day with Saints and Wigan’s First Team also meeting on Friday, 5th September. That day promises to be a big occasion.
Leeds Rhinos will also host a double header as the Red V Women & First Team visit AMT Headingley on Friday, 11th July with the Women’s match kicking off at 5:30pm.
Saints Women’s first match against the newly promoted Leigh Leopards will be a home fixture on Saturday, 19th July, in Round 8.
A run of four successive Saturday home fixtures from August into September sees the Saints host Huddersfield (16th Aug), Barrow (23rd Aug), York (30th Aug) and Wigan (5th Sep), before closing the regular season out away at Leigh Leopards on Sunday, 14th September.
