Our new half-time challenge at the BrewDog Stadium saw St.Helens supporter William out race the Wingman bird to win a year's supply of one of BrewDog's flagship drinks - Wingman Session IPA.

Can you beat the Wingman, who rides along our LED perimeter boards, in a race over 80m?
At our Home Opener fixture on Friday, 25th February 2026, William was set that challenge, and boy did he take his chance quickly!
The Wingman got off to a slow start from the West side of the stadium but blitzed towards the finish line at the East. However, as you can see from the video below, William just got there to win himself a year’s supply of free beer – thanks to BrewDog!
William was given a pack of Wingman as a thank you for participating on the night, with plenty more to come after being victorious!
The refreshing maverick of a session IPA is a smooth ride of mellow tropical fruits, piney notes and a sharp citrus aroma, and will be available for supporters in The BrewDog Stadium to drink on matchdays in the 2026 season and beyond.

PLEASE NOTE: The Wingman Challenge is only suited to fans who are comfortable sprinting or running over an 80m distance. All fans will need to sign a participation agreement in advance of taking part in the Challenge and do so at their own risk.
