🎟️ TICKET & ENTRY INFORMATION

Saints supporters will be located in the West Stand of the DIY Kitchens Stadium, this is accessed through the Arthur Street turnstiles.

Entry will be permitted around the ground from 3:30pm, however the West Stand will be open from 2:30pm for access to Wakefield’s Reserves match against Warrington which kicks off at 2:45pm.

Saints’ away match tickets came off Friday, 14th August at 5pm. All uncollected tickets must now be collected at the DIY Kitchens Stadium Ticket Office on match day which is where match tickets can be purchased on match day.

 SQUAD NEWS

The Saints squad is boosted with the return of two senior outside backs, with Deon Cross and Nene Macdonald in contention for the game in West Yorkshire.

Young prop Alfie Tate is also called into the squad.

Wakefield Head Coach Daryl Powell makes just one change to his squad for Saturday’s match.

Jay Pitts is moved out of the squad following an arm injury from last weekend’s game against Leeds Rhinos, which the Trin lost at home to Leeds. Jordan Williams is the player who comes into the Wakefield squad.

 COACH PREVIEW

Interim Head Coach Eamon O’Carroll expects a tough challenge against the West Yorkshire side, and insists his side remain determined to fight until the end of the season.

O’Carroll has been impressed by Wakefield’s progress since their return to Super League and believes they are capable of becoming regular contenders near the top of the competition.

This round of the Betfred Super League kicks off on Thursday night with three games, followed by one match on Friday, and three games on Saturday, including our own.

THE RECORD AGAINST WAKEFIELD

The Saints and Trinity have met 61 times in the Super League, and we have come out victorious in 51 of them. Wakefield have won 10 matches against the Red V, and there has yet to be a draw between the two sides in the competition.

Our biggest winning margin against Wakefield came at Knowsley Road in 2005, with the Saints winning 60-4.
