The Saints travel over to The Progress With Unity Stadium to take on Leigh Leopards on Friday night in Round 26 of the 2026 Betfred Super League. Kick-off is scheduled for 8pm.

Saints supporters will be located in the South Stand of the Leigh Sports Village.
Tickets came off sale on Friday, 4th September at 1pm. Any uncollected tickets have now been sent to Leigh’s Ticket Office for match day.
There are a very limited number of tickets remaining directly through the Leopards’ ticket site. If you’ve not got a ticket and wish to attend, get yours online by clicking here, as there will be no tickets available at the gate.
SQUAD NEWS
Saints make four changes to the squad that was named for Round 25, with Alex Walmsley, Nene Macdonald, Jake Davies and Daniel Suluka-Fifita unavailable.
We welcome into our squad heading to Leigh young homegrown talents: back-rower Oscar Knox, half-backs Tyler McGann and Luca Walsh, and prop Alfie Tate.
Should any of the four be selected to play, they would make their senior St.Helens and Super League debuts and would join the five Academy homegrown talents that have debuted for our club in recent weeks.

The Leopards welcome back a couple of senior men to their team as Adrian Lam looks to secure Leigh’s place in the top six.
Outside back Keanan Brand comes back after he was recalled from his loan at Castleford Tigers. Speedy fullback David Armstrong is named as well.

COACH PREVIEW
Interim Head Coach Eamon O’Carroll admits the Saints face a major challenge at Leigh, but insists his injury-hit squad must embrace the opportunity rather than feel sorry for themselves.
Saints will be without up to 17 experienced First Team players, but O’Carroll believes the situation is familiar after a season of significant injury disruption. He has challenged the senior players available to step up, while allowing younger members of the squad to make their mark.

😇 CROSS ON HEADING INTO HOSTILE TERRITORY
Cross is anticipating a hostile atmosphere at the Leopards’ Den, but believes it will be a fantastic experience for some of Saints’ younger players.
The outside back knows the team will have to embrace the occasion, while making clear that they are not travelling simply to take part; they are going in search of a crucial victory.
