The brutal final session of the year saw the Saints put under immense physical challenges, all whilst battling the winter conditions on the beach front.
In what the players believed to be the challenge task of the session, arm in arm together they went into and submerged themselves as one into the Irish Sea. An incredible image which you can see thanks to Bernard Platt’s photography below!
