Steve Tyrer has joined Widnes Vikings on loan for a month.
The 19-year-old centre made his debut against Catalans Dragons in 2006 and since has made 22 appearances for the Club, scoring 156 points.
Saints Chief Executive Tony Colquitt said: “As with Matty Smith and Chris Dean, we believe these loan periods can only be beneficial to the players concerned.
“They will continue to develop and be educated playing in National League One and above all be challenged – something which cannot be guaranteed in the Reserve Team Championship.”
He continued: “We would like to thank Widnes Vikings and their coaching staff for their assistance in continuing the development of Steve, Matty and Chris. We’re sure all three will be an asset to the Club.”
