Saints’ hooker Scott Moore will remain out on loan in Super League XIV after he agreed to join Huddersfield Giants in 2009.

The 20-year-old is currently spending a season at Castleford Tigers and has earned rave reviews for his performances.

Eamonn McManus, Saints’ Chairman, said: “Scott now has a number of First Grade appearances under his belt and is continuing to develop.

“However, he knows that appearances at the Saints will be limited next season – especially under the continued form of James Roby.

“Both parties felt the best way forward was for him to continue to learn his trade by regularly playing for another Super League Club.”

He added: “Scott is still very much in our plans for the future and we look forward to watching him develop further.”
