First up, we have the Saints Scholars taking on Warrington Wolves away on Wednesday night, and then St.Helens Women take on York Valkyrie in the Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup Semi Final this Sunday!

WEDNESDAY

It’s Game Four of the 2025 season for our Under 16s Scholarship Saints, and they go to Victoria Park in Warrington to face the Wolves.

Our youngest Saints side have won two of their three games played so far, the latest of which was a comfortable 44-4 victory at home against Bradford Bulls.

A different challenge awaits them on Wednesday, heading to an opponent’s home, one of our fierce local rivals, who have also won two of their opening three games in 2025.

SUNDAY

For a third year in a row St.Helens Women meet York at the final four stage of the Betfred Women’s Challenge Cup competition, and visit to the final at Wembley Stadium is the prize for the winner.

The Valkyrie will be motivated to earn their first Challenge Cup trophy and in doing so stop the Saints’ trophy winning run which began in the 2021 Final against York, and get some revenge after being knocked out at this stage in the last two seasons.

The Saints will also be fired up for this, not only to continue this historic trophy run, but the get some revenge of our own after the heartbreaking 8-18 loss to York in the 2024 Betfred Women’s Super League Grand Final, stopping a treble winning season.
