The Saints are taking on Wakefield Trinity for the third time in 2025 this evening, and our second visit of the year to the DIY Kitchens Stadium. Follow every key moment here on St.Helens' official website with our detailed coverage!
After Super League’s split round last time out, we are back to six fixtures this week for Round 21, as Saints head over the Pennines.
The two sides have already met at this venue in 2025, as Saints went to the home of the Trin and won, 6-26 back in March. Five weeks later, the two sides met again, with the Red V picking up the two points again with a 26-14 victory.
Paul Wellens’ men come into this game on the back of a 40-0 victory over Castleford Tigers last time out at the Totally Wicked Stadium. Wakefield have had a week off, with their most recent game being a late 15-14 victory over Leeds Rhinos on Thursday, 24th July.
St.Helens currently sit four points and two places ahead of Friday night’s opponents in the table. A victory for the Red V would put them in a strong position in the race the Play-Offs spot against one of the other contenders currently in the top six.
