Guide: Accessing the Totally Wicked Stadium with Digital Tickets
For the 2024 Season we have worked with Ticketmaster Sport to streamline the matchday experience for our supports, allowing tickets to be purchased and then directly added to a mobile wallet which can then be scanned at the automated turnstiles.
The Totally Wicked Stadium is set up with a mixture of automated turnstiles and hand scanners. Supporters will need to ensure they have their tickets ready prior to arrival to avoid queues and missing kick-off.
Supporters who have purchased match tickets will receive an email from noreply@saintsrlfc.com withing the email there will be a function to allow you to add the ticket to your mobile wallet.
Alternatively, fans will be able to print off their ‘Print at Home’ Match ticket which will also give access through the turnstiles.
Any fans that are experiencing issues where they have not received the email containing your tickets, please check your junk/spam folder.
On Matchday please make sure that you have added your ticket to your wallet prior to arrival to avoid any connection issues.
If you have multiple tickets on a booking, you will need the lead booker to scan the number of people through the turnstiles.
