Saints in the KR half, but we lose the ball with a grubber kick by Sironen.

Welsby early in an attack kicks to the right wing for Cross to chase, he picks it up but is stopped by Burgess.

Saints looking to go side to side, Robertson as he’s tackled on the last offloads but Sironen can’t take it clean.

Joe Burgess from the restart kick-off jumps highest, and he manages to break away and race half the field, however, after a VR check (try given on field) it is ruled we were obstructed.

Sironen looks for an offload but it goes into Robins hands.

A couple of offloads on the right edge by Hull KR, but one too many as Broadbent gives us the ball.

Sailor rises high to claim an Mbye kick, but he’s judged to have been tackled fairly after the catch.

Martin misses the kick.

The Saints can’t make it pay though, Mbye passes to Welsby but it’s a low one that Jack can’t take.

Two dissent calls against the hosts, the Saints now in the KR half.

The Robins again wrestling the control of the territory in their favour.

Robins kick high, we catch it well though under pressure.

Lomax lofts a kick from in his own half, Burgess returns it well though.

The Robins on the last try a chip to the left corner, it gets knocked back but they can’t push for a score.

Saints need to come off their own line.

The hosts get a penalty for a judged high shot on Rhyse Martin who stayed down after a tackle from Shane Wright.

A penalty is then given.

Martin is fine to take the kick from 25m out but he misses it left.

Another reliever for the hosts as we look to pin the Robins, the ball stripped.

Bell then tackles someone off the ball, gifting them even more field position.

Saints with a rare attack in the KR red zone.

Welsby lofts a kick to Robertson, he rises highest but can’t get over the try line.

Good St.Helens defence forces a knock on, early in the set.

Little pressure relieved for the hosts, Bell is judged to have been tackled after getting an offload away, 30m off the KR line.

Lewis kicks out on the full just by our 40m line.

Good set following points, we move Hull KR into their own half.

Saints get a tap 20m restart after a Lewis kick came off the corner post pad.

Shotttt by Moses Mbye to close out a KR attack.

Some chaotic rugby from our men, but we get a reset of the tackle count after Lewis kicked a loose ball and lost the chase to Welsby.

Hull KR get well held in their own half, Delaney’s kick chase is good too. Lewis’ kick bounces into Whitley’s hands.

Good work on the fourth tackle gets us into their half.

Lomax kicks looking to go beyond Mourgue, but the Hull KR fullback catches it.

Captain’s Challenge from the Saints.

Robertson gets judged to have knocked on coming out of his own 10m. We challenge that the Robins played at, or swiped at the ball.

Great attack from the Saints, ends with a Welsby chip to the left corner, the ball stay in the field of play and Mourgue is only just out of his try area.

The hosts threaten another break, but they knock on as they get passes away.

Murgue misses the kick.

KR get stopped five metres short of our line.

Welsby is back on.

Sailor stops a 40/20 by slapping the ball back into the field of play, but it is judged to be a knock on.

Tristan broke away too, but the referee pulls the play back.

Re-shuffle with Welsby off then, Sailor now at fullback again with Robertson on the wing.

After dealing with a tricky kick into the in-goal, Welsby cleared our lines.

KR however continue to hold the territory.

It looks like Welsby has gone to fullback, Mbye into the halves, and Sailor onto the wing.

The hosts kick high to the right corner, now looking to pin us in.

Robertson with another big play, a tackle on Gildart to stop the hosts’ attack.

The hosts play it through hands to their left edge, Burgess tries to pass inside but Robertson bats it down. Sailor can’t take it clean though, so KR pressure by our own line with a full set.

Our men get held in their own half this time, Welsby kicks well and gets it between the fullback and the winger.

The Robins kick early in the set, Sailor races back and gets away from the hosts’ chase.

Saints first attack also ends by the midway point, Welsby punting with a swirling wind, Mourgue takes it well though.
