⛵ Sharp and speedy, Sailor is an exciting Saint

Confirmed in August 2024, Tristan Sailor put pen to paper to join Saints from NRL club Brisbane Broncos on a two-year deal from 2025 onwards.

Sailor played for Brisbane for two seasons, but he made his NRL debut with the St George Illawarra Dragons, and featured in the New South Wales & Queensland Cup competitions, where he well and truly stood out as a star.

As a versatile outside back who can play at fullback and half-back, Sailor has an exciting skillset; with fast pace to make big metres, clever passing to assist tries, and some highlight-worthy, try-saving tackling.

In November 2024, Tristan arrived in the UK ahead of pre-season commencing and was confirmed to be wearing the iconic number 6 St.Helens shirt for his first campaign in the Red V.

Tristan made his official Club debut for St.Helens on Saturday, 8th February at the home of Hull KR, but against West Hull in the Challenge Cup. A strong maiden appearance, Sailor created three scores with assists and even scored on his debut game too, showing some speed to best several opposition men. A week later, on his Super League and official home debut at the Totally Wicked Stadium, Sailor scored a spectacular four tries, assisting in two more as part of a remarkable Player of the Match performance. Sailor’s first season in the Red V saw him play in every single match, score 18 tries, and set up a further 31 scores as well.
